Wireless Communication

Wireless Communication is by far the most popular option for sending messages to your school sign. Our secure wireless Ethernet packages utilize today’s most advanced security and encryption technology. Using wireless Ethernet gives school sign administrators the ability to remotely (from within the comfort and safety of your schools office) program and schedule messages, even from multiple computers on a network if chosen.

Hardwire Communication

Hardwire Communication means just that; there is an actual line (Cat5e) between the school’s computer, server or network and the school sign. Using a hardwire connection can be a less expensive alternative to purchasing a WCS, unless the line is being trenched long distances, across parking lots, etc… Many clients are now choosing to program their sign by physically going to the school sign location and connecting their laptop to a port at the base of the school sign. This has become popular because of our scheduling software which allows users to schedule messages literally years in advance for their school.

Sign Programming Software

User friendly software is a must. Our clients want a high powered tool that is easy to understand and simple to use. We deliver. You can create messages and schedule them to start/stop by date and time. In other words, sit down in July and create a “Merry Christmas” message and set a start date of December 15th, 2:15pm. Done. All of our school signs feature the ability to show time/date, temperature and much, much more.
